There are more 60 sets injection machines from 25 tons (Micro miniature parts) to 1800 tons,automatic stamping machines, grinding machines etc. in  Taiwan and Changan of China, and own in-house mold and design departments with solid work CAD/CAM and CNC and peripheral tooling equipments and inspection instruments. The non-dusty painting room is to paint the optional color and logo on plastic parts, and including the production lines to assemble and pack, then to export. Progressive stamping mold of high or low speed, piece stamping mold, die-casting for iron or none-iron parts, mold tooling & forming. We handle all the procedures with quality first in mind and under strictly quality control flows through precise inspection and testing equipments and production control system to achieve the small, medium and large volume production. Project Developing Flow: 1. Team up and kickoff. 2. Schedule and approval. 3. Developing and requirement defined. 4. Sample for customer approval. 5. Pilot-run and control plan. 6. Mass-production and daily review-follow up.
